Your mission:
The Global Fund Distribution (GFD) team provides expert guidance and support to clients in navigating the complexities of registration and distribution activities worldwide. Our team addresses the challenges posed by constantly evolving regulations, offering a comprehensive suite of advisory services that encompass the entire distribution value chain. This includes assistance with UCITS/AIF initial entry and ongoing maintenance, ETF listings, marketing material compliance, and distribution oversight and more.
Be a part of our team where you will:
Assist in managing the fund registration and listing process for funds, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements in various markets.
Support the monitoring of ongoing compliance and ensure all reporting obligations are met.
Collaborate with our diverse, internationally based clients and connect with our global network, to resolve fund registration challenges.
Engage with clients to provide proactive assistance and insights on distribution-related issues.
Participate in the preparation of service proposals to attract new business opportunities.
Develop a deep understanding of fund distribution and stay informed on regulatory updates, assessing their impact on our clients. Share relevant insights with both clients and internal teams to ensure informed decision-making and compliance with the latest regulations.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field is required.
An interest in gaining practical knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to financial services, in Luxembourg and globally.
A proactive team player with strong communication skills.
An understanding of the investment fund industry and European legislation, it would be considered as an asset;
Fluent in English, both orally and in writing, and proficient in another language such as French, Spanish, German, Italian or Chinese.
