The team operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating enterprise priorities into practical, high‑impact people solutions.

The Role

The Global Functions People Programs Lead is a senior execution and orchestration role within the Global Functions People Team. This position partners very closely with the GF People Leader, acting as a trusted thought partner and operational anchor - driving critical people initiatives from concept through delivery while ensuring strong operational rigor and executive readiness. The role is highly project‑focused, with significant responsibility for planning ahead, shaping content for key leadership reviews and face‑to‑face meetings, and ensuring the right insights, narratives, and decisions are brought into executive forums. This is a hands-on role for a leader who connects strategy to execution and outcomes.

  • Ensure leadership forums are decision‑focused, well‑prepared, and result in clear actions and follow‑through.

Executive Communications & Content

  • Serve as a primary owner of executive‑level communications and materials, including briefs, presentations, and leadership updates.
  • Distill complex topics into clear, concise executive narratives that enable high‑quality decision‑making.
  • Ensure alignment and coherence across initiatives, with strong anticipation of stakeholder perspectives.

Influence & Enterprise Collaboration

  • Act as a connector and integrator across GF People Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and broader People Organization stakeholders.
  • Lead through influence in a highly matrixed, global environment to drive shared outcomes.

Future‑Ready Ways of Working

  • Drive continuous improvement in how the team operates, with a strong focus on efficiency, clarity, and scalability.
  • Bring an AI‑forward mindset - leveraging AI not just as a tool, but as a way to meaningfully enhance execution, insight generation, and operating effectiveness.
  • Introduce external perspectives and best practices to challenge thinking and elevate impact.
