Why This Role Matters:
The Global Finance Transformation Program Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful execution and governance of MVH’s global finance Integration and Harmonization (I&H) work and transformation program.
Acting as the Transformation Project Management Office (PMO), this role is responsible for program governance, project integration, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence within the overall Finance Integration & Harmonization transformation initiative.
This senior leadership role will ensure the complex, multi-year transformation initiatives are executed effectively by partnering across Mars Global Services Finance (MGSF), Operating Business Units, and third-party implementation partners. The role will not be responsible for designing the transformation strategy; instead, the focus will be on program management, coordination, and delivery assurance — ensuring global consistency, governance, and successful execution and achievement of transformation objectives on time and on budget.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, experienced program and project leader, and finance professional who can connect business objectives with execution discipline, ensuring the transformation delivers measurable value and sustainable outcomes. The position is designed as a two-three-year transformation assignment with the first two years focusing specifically on Finance Integration & Harmonization (I&H) Transformation initiative. Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and market competitiveness.
