Position Overview:
We are looking for passionate, driven, and forward-thinking interns to join Coca‑Cola’s Center Finance & Strategy teams in an exciting 10 internship week program. This is your chance to immerse yourself in the digital transformation journey of the Finance and Strategy function while gaining valuable, hands-on experience in a globally networked organization. As an intern, you’ll be placed in a specific area such as Strategy, Finance Operations, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Controller’s Group, Treasury, or Tax, where you’ll actively support day-to-day operations and contribute your own ideas. You’ll help identify ways to streamline processes, modernize how we work, and take on a defined project or deliverable that makes a real impact.
We’re seeking individuals who not only excel in finance or strategy related responsibilities, but also bring curiosity, initiative, and an external perspective, and help us accelerate the use of data and digital tools to build a more agile, future-ready Finance & Strategy organization.
What You Will Do for Us:
Work under the supervision of a Center Function leader
Support the assigned Finance or Strategy team to deliver operational responsibilities. Build business acumen while expanding your finance and strategy skills in a global setting
Identify ways to streamline processes and modernize how we work. This may include working with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation use cases. Automation use cases may include the use of CokeGPT, GenAI, process and reporting automation, workflow optimization, among other types of digital solutions. Design, pilot, and help scale automation use cases.
Help drive the adoption of available and approved digital tools and solutions within the function. Support activities to increase digital literacy within the function. Digital literacy opportunities may include training and support to team members on the use of digital tools or addressing inquiries and challenges to facilitate a smoother adoption.
Take on a defined project or deliverable that solves a specific business problem and makes a real impact.
Support activities to stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies in finance and provide insight into potential opportunities.
Actively participate in Finance & Strategy capability offering (structured learning/experiential learning).
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Strategy, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025.
Familiarity with financial concepts and processes.
Willingness to work in Atlanta, GA during the internship.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication (written/oral) and interpersonal skills.
Technically proficient with digital tools and a quick learner of new technologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong command of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
Strong work ethic and ability to meet project deadlines.
High degree of curiosity and a growth mindset.
Demonstrates initiatives with positive intent, including during periods of ambiguity or competing priorities.

Monthly Compensation: $4,506
