As a Global Facilities Data Analytics Program Manager at Micron, you will begin an outstanding opportunity to lead transformative data projects that influence the future of memory and storage solutions. You will have a key role in crafting enterprise data architecture, advanced analytics, dashboard creation, and automation.

Your expertise in crafting and deploying flawless PowerBI dashboards will be crucial to our success. You will translate complex data into concise summaries and actionable insights, supporting leadership decision-making with high-quality analysis. Your ability to find opportunities for data optimization and benchmarking will be vital in maintaining our world-class standards.

Major Job Responsibilities:

Data Governance and Architecture

• Build scalable enterprise data models and reporting frameworks.
• Establish benchmark definitions and structured data logic.
• Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and governance standards.
• Drive reporting automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Advanced Dashboard Development

• Build and develop complex PowerBI dashboards with multi-layered data models.
• Write advanced DAX measures and calculated columns.
• Build data transformation pipelines using Power Query (M Language).
• Integrate multiple data sources into structured semantic models.
• Optimize performance for large and complex datasets.
• Deliver executive-level dashboards with drill-down, dynamic filtering, and advanced analytics and visualization logic bringing to bear machine learning and AI models.

Automation & Digital Solutions

• Develop workflow automation using Power Automate.
• Build business applications using Power Apps.
• Integrate dashboards with automated workflows and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Proven track record of independently delivering complex, enterprise-scale BI solutions.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, semantic layer development, and scalable analytics architecture.
• Ability to build analytical solutions beyond basic reporting use cases.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end dashboard delivery, from data ingestion through production deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous and complex data challenges into clear analytical frameworks.
• Experience working effectively in cross-functional and global environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical collaborators.
• Familiarity with cost information systems, including SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud Planning (SAC-P).
• Highly collaborative great teammate with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organized, meticulous, and highly passionate about data accuracy and quality.
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity in managing sensitive and confidential data.
• Culturally sensitive, capable of establishing enduring trust and collaborative connections throughout an international Facilities network.
• Adaptable and resilient in dynamic, fast-changing business environments.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree and above specialized in Engineering, Information systems, Business, or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics is required. Experience with analytics tools and BI platforms like Power BI is also needed to build dashboards, models, and analytical insights.
