We are now launching a new Global Shared Service Centre in Sofia. This hub is the strategic heart of our international finance and people operations, and we are looking for leaders to build the global Employee Relations discipline from the ground up.
This is a rare and exciting chance to be part of a day-one team. You will be responsible for the transition and setup of our global Employee Relations function in Sofia, leading a team of People Advisors. You won't just be inheriting a department; you will be designing how we deliver ER support to managers and leaders worldwide.
We are looking for a balance of the following four pillars. We recognize that candidates may have deeper expertise in certain areas than others; for example, exceptional global ER case management experience may offset more limited line management history.
