  • Design and manage lifecycle processes for critical organizational data objects, including creation, change, and deactivation of enterprise structures
  • Analyze the impact of data changes across upstream and downstream systems and guide stakeholders to informed decisions
  • Lead impact assessments for new enterprise structure requests and coordinate implementation with IT and data governance teams
  • Manage and oversee enterprise structure data within SAP, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and integrity through control checks
  • Drive data quality monitoring, reporting, and analytics strategy for enterprise structure elements
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Finance data and process owners, ensuring alignment with governance standards and cross‑functional dependencies
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, training, and capability building to embed governance practices across the organization
  • Develop and maintain training materials and deliver training sessions to business users
  • Manage tools supporting data governance and coordinate with internal and external IT service providers
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, process efficiency, and reporting capabilities
  • Support and contribute to the development of the Lonza Data Framework

What we’re looking for

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Finance, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in finance master data or enterprise structure data management within a global organization
  • Strong understanding of enterprise structure data concepts and ERP systems, particularly SAP FI/CO
