About You

This role champions data analysis and drives digital enablement using Microsoft Power Platform, data lake, Knime, Alteryx, and process mininng Celonis to deliver interactive visualizations and identify process improvement opportunities. The role involves mining data from multiple systems and ERPs, standardizing and cleaning data, and providing actionable, forward-looking insights to GBS leaders. The individual is accountable for GBS data & analytics to ensure effective, efficient, and audit-compliant processes, supporting transformation across ATR, PTP, and OTC functions. It starts with YOU.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree B.S. in statistics, math, computer science, finance, or related quantitative field.
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience with global services with at least 3 years in performance reporting and advanced analytics using business intelligence tools such as Alteryx, Celonis, ACL, Microsoft Power Platforms
Advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting dashboard design and development experience.
Expertise in delivery technologies and data access, including familiarity with metadata, data organization, data quality assessment and data profiling
Preferred Qualifications
The incumbent must possess a combination of advanced analytical thinking and reporting capabilities to support business and functional leaders globally to develop and implement actions that improve the capability of end-to-end GBS processes or other areas as needed.
This person must have strong collaboration skills and be able to work with leaders in other regions sharing expertise and insights.
Leverage analytical insights and analysis to drive operational improvements and transformations away from non-standard and Excel-based tools to efficient, standardized, and sustainable analyses
Provide actionable insights for GBS leaders through data & analytics by create, designing, building, KPI reports, scorecards, dashboards using a variety of process intelligence tools, Microsoft Power platform apps, internal data lakes, SQL or python.
Consult and lead Ad-hoc projects for advanced analytics opportunities
