Job Title: Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst 

 About the opportunity: We are seeking a data-driven and analytical Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our PHC Group Compensation & Benefits team. This role will support the implementation and administration of compensation programs across the regions. You will be responsible for survey participation, compensation cycle support, and regulatory reporting, including compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. You will also contribute to the development and enhancement of compensation processes, tools, and policies, ensuring alignment with PHC Group’s global standards and strategic objectives.  

 Location: Lisbon – hybrid or remote in Portugal

What you will do:  

  • Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys (e.g., WTW, Mercer, Radford) and analyze market trends to drive internal and external benchmarking. 
  • Support core compensation processes, including job leveling, budgeting, merit reviews, and short-term incentive allocations. 
  • Contribute to the implementation and reporting requirements of the EU Pay Transparency Directive. 
  • Assist with Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs and Global Mobility administration as needed. 
  • Provide guidance and insights to HR Business Partners and the Compensation & Benefits team on compensation-related queries, reports and tools. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy and streamline processes. 

What you need for success:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is required. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, ideally in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, or a related data-driven field is required. 
  • Full oral and written proficiency in English is required. 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel is required. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment. 
  • Familiarity with compensation surveys and job evaluation methodologies (e.g., WTW Global Grading, Mercer IPE) is an advantage.
