About the Commercial Excellence team: Commercial Excellence is a dynamic global commercial organization that sits within the Customer and Technology group at the intersection of CX, market, competitor and customer intelligence.

What you will do:

Reporting to the Director, Global Commercial Excellence, this highly dynamic, exciting role will support the development of a robust Customer Experience and Intelligence strategy for Clarios. This role will also connect internal and external data through dashboards and visualizations to drive impact within the organization.

How you will do it:

  • Data Visualization and Reporting: Utilize data visualization tools (Power BI) to create insightful reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key business metrics and trends to stakeholders. Transform complex data sets into easy-to-understand visuals
  • Visualization and Report maintenance: Develop process and serve as main contact for regional dashboard support and maintenance
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and interpretation to gain actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations to key decision makers.
  • Project Management: Support CX survey projects throughout their lifecycle with heavy focus on execution, supporting the Global Commercial Operations & Systems Manager. Highly visible and customer centric work
  • Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with Power BI stakeholders to understand and document business needs and objectives. Validate requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Act as a champion and Subject Matter Expert
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and cost optimization. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline business operations
  • Collaboration: Work cross functionally with Commercial Excellence, CX, IT, global commercial teams, strategy, product and engineering to ensure Power BI dashboards are accurate, accessible and being leveraged by the organization
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user guides, and training materials.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, CX or similar field.
  • 2 years of progressive and rich experience in CX, data or intelligence teams desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear ability to effectively coordinate with a wide variety of professionals at all levels and departments within and outside of the organization.
  • Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Analytic and strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex situations, make recommendations and manage projects and processes through completion.
  • Strong and broad based-knowledge and skills appropriate for consultation to all levels of management.
  • Attitude & Enthusiasm: Must have a positive. “can do” attitude and enjoy operating in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
  •  Dependability/Perseverance: always willing to go the extra mile to complete projects on schedule.
  •  Flexibility: Can accept change and is flexible toward change. Counted on to achieve objectives and be flexible to take on other tasks when required
  •  Judgment: Be able to make sound judgments and escalate when in doubt
  •  Planning/Scheduling: Handle multiple projects and priorities in order to meet required deadlines
  •  Professionalism: adhere to a high level of professionalism by demonstrating ethical behavior and a team centric approach to work
  • Hybrid opportunity out of the greater Milwaukee area (office in Glendale, WI)
