Key Responsibilities
Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute global go-to-market (GTM) launch strategies for new products and product enhancements.
Build launch playbooks, pricing proposals, commercial packages, and market positioning documents.
Ensure regional sales teams are trained and fully enabled with materials, tools, and messaging prior to product launches.
Commercial Performance & Portfolio Enablement
Monitor product performance, pipeline activity, and market adoption; identify and remove barriers to growth.
Conduct market and competitive research to inform commercial recommendations and investment decisions.
Support pricing and bundling strategies with data-driven rationale and revenue impact projections.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Management to align roadmap delivery with commercial requirements and market feedback.
Work with Marketing to develop commercial assets, including product collateral, sales enablement content, and event support.
Coordinate with global sales leaders to ensure consistency of messaging, pricing, and positioning across geographies.
Leadership & Influence
Serve as a commercial subject matter resource for the Table Games product portfolio.
Support the development of GTM processes and best practices that will scale as the team grows.
Influence outcomes across multiple functions without direct authority.
Experience
5–8 years of experience in commercial strategy, product marketing, product management, or similar role.
Experience in gaming, technology, hospitality, or related B2B industries preferred.
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects with tight timelines and high visibility.
Skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to build business cases and interpret data.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities — both written and verbal.
Project management expertise: able to manage multiple priorities, drive accountability, and meet deadlines.
Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear commercial messages.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field required.
MBA or advanced degree preferred, but not required.
Personal Attributes
Self-starter with a high bias for action.
Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
