Capital are seeking an experienced and client-focused professional to join our Global Client Services team. In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle execution of client transition activities, delivering a market-leading client experience. Acting as an extension of the Relationship Management team, you will interact directly with clients and external parties, leveraging project management best practices and deep industry knowledge to drive operational excellence. You will also play a key role in developing team processes, championing continuous improvement, and serving as a subject matter expert to help cultivate team capability and knowledge.
Lead full lifecycle execution of client transition activities, autonomously delivering complex implementation and ongoing operational servicing needs to a market-leading standard
Serve as a key point of contact for clients and external parties, representing the Relationship Management team in meetings and operational discussions
Leverage project management best practices to lead cross-functional meetings, manage senior stakeholders, track and complete activity tasks, and proactively identify and mitigate risks
Vet contractual and supplemental agreements with internal and external parties; prepare and audit legal documentation and review with clients as needed
Assign and execute team tasks for implementation and servicing activities including compliance checks, agreement vetting, status reporting, dashboarding, and SFDC account setup
Lead the development of team processes, procedures, and knowledge; drive operational impact assessments and implementation of new or enhanced technology and processes
Serve as a technical and/or process subject matter expert, proactively sharing best practices, lessons learned, and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement
You have broad working knowledge of client implementation and operational servicing, with an understanding of interdependencies across business partners and connected functions
You demonstrate intellectual curiosity, analytical and critical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
You have strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously
You build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both inside and outside the organisation
You have in-depth knowledge of the investment management industry and a genuine commitment to understanding and advocating for client needs
You are a strong written and verbal communicator
You exercise good judgment and decision-making, recognising when to escalate issues to senior associates, managers, or other relevant business areas

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
