Job Description

About the team

The Global Client Experience team sits at the heart of how the organisation understands, engages, and grows its client relationships. The team owns best‑practice client data solutions and plays a leading role in embedding technology and AI at scale across the global client ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include ownership of the Salesforce strategy and user support, driving data and AI enablement across the Client Group, and developing advanced data and insight visualisation solutions that make information intuitive, actionable, and increasingly predictive. By partnering closely with business units, the team helps expand sales opportunities through deep client, competitor, and industry insight, supported by analytics and AI‑driven use cases.

What makes this work especially compelling is its impact: by fusing data, technology, AI, and strategy, the team is fundamentally transforming how insight is scaled globally, how growth is enabled, and how value is delivered to clients across regions.

The Global Client Experience Analyst supports this mission by strengthening the team’s analytical capability, improving data quality and accessibility, and helping translate insight into action.

Purpose of the role

As a Global Client Experience Analyst, you support the Global Client Experience team by analysing client data, building insights, and helping deliver high‑quality, consistent client information across regions and touchpoints. You work closely with senior team members, technology partners, and business stakeholders to improve how client data is used to drive engagement, decision‑making, and growth.

This is a hands‑on role with exposure to global stakeholders, advanced analytics, and AI‑enabled initiatives — ideal for someone with relevant experience who wants to deepen their impact in a global client and data environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support cross‑functional initiatives aimed at improving client data quality, consistency, and usability
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret client data across regions, channels, and systems
  • Help define and maintain global client data standards, frameworks, and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations for senior stakeholders
  • Support client data governance activities, including data quality monitoring and documentation
  • Assist in identifying client pain points and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Contribute to analytics initiatives, including trend analysis and early‑stage predictive or AI‑driven use cases
  • Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to improve data flows, tooling, and infrastructure
  • Ensure client data usage aligns with data privacy and regulatory requirements

Skills & competencies

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Experience with data analysis tools and querying (e.g. SQL or similar)
  • Strong data visualisation skills (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
  • Understanding of CRM systems and client data structures
  • Affinity with data governance, data quality, and global data standards
  • Clear communicator, able to explain data‑driven insights to non‑technical stakeholders
  • Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a global, matrix environment

Experience & background

  • Relevant experience in a client, data, analytics, or insight‑focused role (we are not looking for someone fresh out of school)
  • Experience in financial services, asset management, or another complex, regulated environment is preferred
  • Academic background in Economics, Finance, Data, Analytics, Business, or a related field

Nice to have

  • Exposure to AI‑driven analytics or advanced reporting use cases
  • Experience working with global stakeholders or cross‑border teams
  • Familiarity with regulatory and data privacy considerations in financial services
  • Strong storytelling skills when presenting insights and recommendations

What We Offer
