The Opportunity
As Global Business Process Manager (GBPM) for GBPM Intercompany Finance - Trade (Physical / Digital), you are part of the BPM Finance team in RSS. In this role you are reporting to the Global Business Process Owner Global Business Process Owner (GBPO) P2Dx & Capital Finance for GBPM Intercompany Finance - Trade (Physical / Digital)
In this role, you are responsible in the product area of R2R for the Definition and continuous global harmonization, the implementation and continuous improvement including automation and the governance of the process and system solutions.
Accountable for generating ideas towards and driving the BPM strategic roadmap for For GBPM Intercompany Finance - Trade (Physical / Digital)
Liaise with and influence (senior) stakeholders to guarantee business acceptance on a global level across divisions and functions.
Ensure you establish metrics for your E2E process area.
Accountable for prioritization, justification and realization of major change requests in line with the strategic roadmap for your process area
Ensure documentation of process requirements, implementation through guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures
Drive efficiencies and improvements (incl. automation) across E2E network, RSS Operations, affiliates and IT, by considering external market insights and best practices
Contribution to partner projects, providing advice and guidance for your process area
Provide guidance to the Global Business Process Specialists for your area
Accountable for implementing and driving initiatives in line with the strategic roadmap for your process area
Contribute to advance agile ways of working in teams and the organization
Who you are
Expert Credentials: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business with 5–7 years of experience in controlling and global process optimization.
Transformation Leadership: Proven success supporting large-scale, cross-functional global projects and navigating complex international stakeholder networks.
Strategic Problem Solving: Advanced analytical skills with a "Can Do" mindset and the ability to make decisive moves in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Operational Excellence: Proficient in Agile and Lean methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Scrum) to challenge the status quo and drive innovative change.
Elite Communication: Exceptional organizational skills and fluency in English, with the ability to influence and present effectively at a corporate level.
