About the role

We are looking for the Global Business Process Expert – Finance. This role holds a critical position responsible for overseeing the global business process optimization in Sales area. The role will ensure IT landscape is aligned to business objectives and is executed to support business success.

This role will focus on 3 areas:

Strategic Alignment & Business Value Realization by

  • Bridging a critical gap between technology and business goals
  • Validating change impacts and prioritize demands based on business value

Process Optimization & Automation by

  • Fixing the inefficiencies in the business operational processes then support in digitizing the process with automation
  • Preventing duplicated efforts and rework to improve productivity

Enhanced Collaboration & Efficiency by

  • Fostering collaborations, reduce communication and management cost
  • Helping to avoid duplicated effort and invest with full-picture of E2E processes.

Reports to

BPO Team Manager

Key responsibilities

  • Support the 1Way (SAP S4/Hana) implementations for designated area.
  • Act as the Product Owner for the designated business process area, focusing on business requirements, value definition and backlog prioritization.
  • Maintain and update the blueprints of designated area.
  • Responsible to drive and lead activities and support GPO
  • To optimize e2e processes
  • Support, track and report 1Way benefit realization in cooperation with business owners, ensuring transparency versus planned targets.
  • Integrate benefit realization activities into business operational processes.
  • Streamline the end-to-end business operational processes.
  • Provide guidance or training to key users on business operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate the existing processes.
  • Own and coordinate business requests from designated functions, ensuring proper analysis, clarification and alignment.
  • Analyze new demands/requirements and drive the development of business cases for Steer Committee’s approval.
  • Propose and recommend prioritization of requirements within agreed governance and budget frameworks; final approval remains with the relevant governance bodies.
  • Lead and drive the realization of the improvement of processes.
  • Participation in Machining initiatives in relevant domain as needed

  • Financial principles, rules, and processes – Deep understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes to drive compliance and performance. Demonstrated expertise in SAP Controlling and SAP Fiori–based reporting for operational and management insights.
  • Proactive and solutionoriented mindset – Identifies improvement opportunities in financial processes and actively drives alignment to global standards. Focuses on reducing local variations, enforcing a single, consistent way of working, and improving efficiency, quality, and compliance across the organization.
  • Effective in a global environment – Comfortable operating across cultures, time zones, and different working styles; able to bring teams together around common processes and objectives while understanding regional contexts.
  • Change enabler and team leader – Supports and drives others through coaching and team facilitation, helping stakeholders adopt global processes and new ways of working. Brings solid project leadership and change implementation capability.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills – Influences stakeholders through well‑structured presentations, clear training materials, and targeted communication. Adapts messaging to different audiences, demonstrates active listening, and communicates effectively. Fluent in written and spoken English.
