We’re looking for a Global Client Lead to take charge of one of our most prestigious B2B accounts—a role that demands vision, influence, and the ability to deliver transformative solutions at scale.

This client is a global leader in enterprise application software, redefining ERP and building intelligent networks that drive transparency, resiliency, and sustainability across supply chains. Your Mission

  • Own and elevate one of the network’s most significant global client relationships.
  • Orchestrate talent, capabilities, and services across OMG to deliver future-forward solutions.
  • Drive transformation and organic growth through innovation and operational excellence.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and measurable impact.

What Sets You Apart

You’re a seasoned media leader with a strong digital foundation and a proven track record of driving transformation and growth. You speak data, analytics, and tech stacks as fluently as GRPs, and you thrive in complex, global environments.

You bring:

  • B2B experience as preferred but not essential. Alternatively experience working on global complex client within verticals such as Tech or Finance is valuable.
  • Gravitas and a clear, compelling point of view in senior settings.
  • Expertise across marketing technology, brand partnerships, and social content.
  • Experience navigating global agency dynamics and building best-in-class processes.
  • A natural ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and mentor talent.
  • Curiosity, positivity, and a challenger mindset.
  • Confidence in leading client relationships and hitting the ground running.

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. Let us know if you have any questions about our working pattern as part of your application and interview process.

 

Flexible Working

At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.

We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances. Our goal is to create an environment where people feel genuinely supported to do their best - both in their careers and in their lives outside of work.
