SUMMARY OF POSITION:. Leading execution on third party promotional programs including but not limited to acquisition and dissemination of confidential assets needed to develop successful programs. Integral part of approvals process/asset management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as day-to-day lead contact for promotional partners during program execution and manage project timelines. Acquire and disseminate approved assets to domestic partners for use in execution (trailers, one-sheets/stills, synopses, etc.). May include confidential, unreleased and watermarked materials. Route creative through internal departments (legal, creative, etc.) Route creative assets and programs to talent for their approval. Ensure we are collaborating across all internal departments and leveraging our partnerships as needed. Assist with filmmaker vetting and presentations. Assist with managing budgets on assigned films alongside the team. Develop and maintain numerous databases, including files, promotional contact lists and promotional archives
Attend weekly internal task force and film related meetings to ensure we are integrating our campaigns as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Work Experience
10+ years of previous Brand Partnerships and partner execution experience required.
Project management and/or event management experience required.
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Liberal Arts preferred.
Knowledge/Skills
Typing at 50 wpm.
Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Keynote, + PowerPoint required. Familiar with or willing to learn Photoshop and eRooms.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to articulate issues in a professional manner.
Knowledge of: Fortune 500 and packaged goods companies preferred.
Must have knowledge of file set-up, maintenance, filing procedures, basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, English usage, and report & letter formats

Salary Range
$145,000.00 - $180,000.00A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
