The Global Brand Partnerships Associate will help scale Bolt Food’s branded and paid media solutions, enabling FMCG and non-endemic partners to reach our customers through creative, high-impact campaigns.
In this role, you’ll identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that support business growth and elevate Bolt Food’s brand presence. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute campaigns, manage partner relationships, and optimize performance through data-driven insights.
This position is ideal for someone who combines commercial acumen with creative thinking, enjoys building lasting relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

<title>Main Tasks & Responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Manage relationships with key partners, serving as the main point of contact to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.</point>
- <point>Lead negotiations and coordinate agreements with internal stakeholders, including Legal and Finance.</point>
- <point>Plan and launch brand campaigns across in-app and out-of-app channels (banners, post-order screens, checkout screens, push notifications).</point>
- <point>Coordinate creative concept and asset production — from visual mockups to final execution.</point>
- <point>Define KPIs, monitor partnership performance, and share insights to optimise results and maximise impact.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

- <point>You have 2+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, sales, or performance marketing, and a proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships.</point>
- <point>You’re a confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.</point>
- <point>You make data-driven decisions and are comfortable using metrics to assess impact.</point>
- <point>You have a strong visual sensibility and experience briefing or creating digital ad creatives (Figma or similar).</point>
- <point>You understand technical requirements for in-app placements and campaign delivery.</point>
- <point>You’re highly collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.</point>
