About the Role:
The Global Brand Marketing Coordinator is a highly organized, proactive professional responsible for supporting the Manager in the daily execution and operational health of assigned product categories. This role acts as a critical tactical partner across the full product lifecycle, ensuring that both New Product Developments (NPD) and the Core "Hero" portfolio are supported with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & New Product Launch Support
- GTM Execution: Support the Manager in the rollout of global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for NPD and core animations, ensuring cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints
- Timeline Management: Partner with Marketing Operations to track campaign milestones and ensure all marketing deliverables for new launches stay on track
- Global Translations & Toolkits: Lead the end-to-end organization and global delivery of marketing toolkits, ensuring all international regions have the localized assets and translations necessary for flawless execution
- Campaign Recaps: Assist in developing campaign "post-mortems" by gathering and synthesizing data to inform future category optimizations
Production & Shoot Logistics
- On-Set Coordination: Partner with Creative and Creative Ops to support content production needs, including on-set coordination for treatment-focused shoots
- Logistics Management: Act as the point person for shoot logistics, including the management, shipping, and tracking of product samples, comps, and props for global productions
- Asset Organization: Help manage digital asset libraries to ensure all campaign content is organized and accessible for cross-functional teams
Competitive Intelligence & Category Health
- Competitive Tracking: Regularly monitor the competitive landscape in the treatment and repair space to identify trends, whitespace, and messaging shifts
- Market Research: Conduct research on consumer and stylist trends to help identify opportunities for "hero" product optimizations
- Always-On Support: Support "always-on" animations and routine-building initiatives to sustain the health of core treatment franchises
Operational Excellence & Financial Administration
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Lead status meetings and maintain master marketing trackers to ensure eComm, Social, and Education teams are aligned on category priorities
- Financial Admin: Independently manage the invoicing process and budget tracking for the Treatments category, ensuring all vendor relations and project spends are documented
- Agile Support: Provide proactive, "hands-on" support for internal leadership reviews, category presentations, and ad-hoc projects
About You:
- 1–2 years of brand marketing experience, preferably within a high-growth beauty or CPG environment
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven experience managing complex timelines and logistical workflows
- A self-starter with a "no task too small" mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical science into professional-grade narratives
- A flexible team player who is comfortable "managing up" to ensure project momentum
- Bachelor’s degree required

Our Total Rewards:
The annual base pay for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
