Global Account Operations Coordinator – JLL
 

What this job involves:

Drive operational excellence for JLL's global accounts by managing comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining critical data systems, and providing strategic support to account leadership. This role serves as the backbone of account operations, ensuring seamless employee transitions, accurate organizational data, and compliance with client requirements. You will contribute directly to JLL's business objectives by maintaining operational efficiency, supporting revenue-generating activities, and enhancing client satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and proactive process management
 

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Monitor and update staffing lists, organizational charts, and employee information across Workday and Aria/Connections systems with daily accuracy reviews
• Execute comprehensive onboarding processes including Tangelo/Workday task assignments, Oracle credential management, and laptop coordination for new hires
 • Manage offboarding procedures encompassing system access removal, equipment returns, and documentation updates for departing employees
• Process MyHelp tickets, troubleshoot basic Oracle IT issues, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex system problems
• Conduct monthly organizational chart distributions to leadership and maintain quarterly compliance audits covering approximately 300 staff records
• Coordinate with service line leads and regional leadership to capture organizational changes and ensure data consistency across all platforms
• Support Property Hub updates, Portal/SharePoint maintenance, and Corrigo work order monitoring to maintain operational transparency
 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of experience in business operations, account coordination, or similar analytical role.

• Advanced English proficiency (B2)
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for data management and reporting
• Proven experience with user access management, IT systems administration, and multi-platform technology coordination
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities with ability to prioritize competing deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented approach with commitment to data accuracy and process compliance
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership

• Availability to provide to support PST/EST time zones
 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with property management systems, facilities management platforms, and enterprise-level software applications
• Knowledge of SOC compliance requirements, audit processes, and regulatory documentation standards
• Familiarity with global business operations and understanding of multi-regional organizational structures
• Previous exposure to client-facing roles with experience supporting account management functions
• Basic understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and organizational development principles
• Experience with process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency optimization
• Knowledge of project coordination and event management support activities
