The Team HPI Global Account Leader reports directly to the GM of Americas Sales and is responsible for cultivating and growing Intel's business across all of HP Inc. You will lead a high-performing global sales team, partner with critical peer organizations to set and direct the sales strategy, drive collaborative engagements between executive stakeholders, mobilize resources around new hardware, software and services opportunities, and achieve revenue and KPI targets while delivering world class customer service and support.

In addition to leading the sell-to sales motions to design in Intel technology into HPI products, you will also lead and grow the sell-with sales motion with HPI as a partner to create demand for the solutions that we develop and launch together. In this capacity, you have the unique opportunity to identify and deliver jointly engineered solutions that deliver transformative outcomes for our mutual customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Rapidly growing the business on a multi-billion dollar revenue account
  • Overall ownership of the business relationship between Intel and HPI
  • Leading and motivating direct sales and marketing teams to achieve breakthrough goals
  • Defining and driving the sales and product strategy and ongoing alignment with business units to grow and win vs competition
  • Proactively identifying customer needs and business opportunities, and presenting Intel solutions that meet those needs
  • Working closely across business units to expand cross selling opportunities
  • Building and maintaining key customer executive relationships, mapping to key Intel counterparts
  • Engaging and motivating indirect sales and marketing teams to assist in achieving KPI goals
  • Ensuring the customer receives exceptional technical support and service
  • Strategic engagement at the top CEO levels of both companies to ensure the right multi-year joint strategy with HPI.

  • A strategic leader who is able to analyze and identify market opportunities, create strategic plans, develop sales strategies and align key stakeholders to execute and deliver.
  • Someone who likes to win, and is comfortable in a fast paced, competitive environment with constant change
  • Proficient at leading complex negotiations including an understanding of industry standard norms and terms for silicon engagements
  • Understanding of Intel's and HP's business models and organization dynamics
  • Versed in different business models and sales channels and how to jointly sell in the market.
  • Ability to bring new products to market in an intensely competitive marketplace, using modern strategies, creativity, and a willingness to take risks.
  • Proven leader with sales experience
  • Experience driving an analytical and data-driven approach, with an understanding of route-to-market, channel strategy, and optimization for complex technologies - PC or other computing device industry or software-as-a-service experience is an advantage

Qualifications:

Experience Required:

  • A higher education with university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent is required; Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is highly desirable
  • 12 years experience in sales / management / commercial leadership in relevant industries
  • 7 years design-in management experience to ensure roadmap alignment and product strategy executes to client business group and Intel deliverables.

  • 8 years large team management experience, transforming organizations and developing talent; track record of successfully collaborating with C-level or GM executive teams

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $454,230.00-641,270.00 USD
