Job Description:

• Processing a large volume of ATM contracts with a team.
• Ensure that all contracts are accurate, completed in the Software system and compliant with audit standards.
• Maintain digital files for all contracts and other relevant documentation of the client.
• Play a lead role in calculating the pro-rata payment made to the merchants/ clients.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally and firmly.
• Assist the team to perform regular desk-based audits/ checks on contracted services and transactional data.
• Coordinating with the merchants with their queries.
• Assisting with general administrative function to ensure daily operations.
• Provide admin support for adhoc requests/ projects within the team.
