Job Description & Summary

The Internal Firm Services department has been operating in our offices in Katowice and Opole since 2016. Our teams provide services to PwC network firms and clients from all over the world. We specialize in accounting, payroll and HR processes, risk management, and graphic editing. We work in an international environment, connecting daily with clients from many countries. We support a culture of innovation by engaging in automation and standardization projects.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Posting documents and maintaining records for tax, customs, and accounting purposes,

  • Posting transactions related to fixed assets, depreciation, accruals, payroll, and bank statements,

  • Confirming balances of receivables and payables,

  • Participating in month-end/year-end closing processes,

  • Assisting in fulfilling tax obligations under CIT and VAT regulations,

  • Preparing accounting reports and statements,

  • Ongoing communication and support for the client.

Our requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of German,

  • Knowledge of English will be an additional asset,

  • Familiarity with SAP, Datev, or any financial-accounting software will be an advantage,

  • Relevant education (finance and accounting, taxation, economics) or experience in a similar position,

  • Practical knowledge of MS Office,

  • Good time management and ability to work independently,

  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail,

  • Ability to meet deadlines and set priorities.
