Scheduled Weekly Hours:
19Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a friendly and detail‑oriented Gift Shop Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will support the daily operations of the Gift Shop by assisting with financial tasks, inventory management, volunteer coordination, and customer service.
Part-time, 19 hours per week (not benefit eligible)
Mostly day shifts with one evening per week and two weekend days per month required
Location: La Crosse, WI
Starting pay of $16.11 + more for experience!
Support daily financial processes, including recording financial information, filing invoices, tracking damaged merchandise, and assisting with annual inventory reporting.
Assist with daily Gift Shop operations, including entering new merchandise into the POS system, maintaining product displays, and supporting seasonal inventory needs.
Help coordinate, schedule, and train Gift Shop volunteers to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean, organized retail environment and provide friendly customer service to visitors, patients, and staff.
Complete data entry, assist with vendor-related tasks, and support additional Gift Shop functions as needed.
High School Diploma or equivalency required
1 year of experience in retail sales
Experience with retail management processes, including financial tasks and vendor support while having strong customer service!
Experience working with volunteers or volunteer program coordination is a plus!
Computer skills and data entry experience preferred
