In this role you will protect homes and the surrounding environment from unwanted pests using industry leading technology. The ideal candidate is independent, confident, organized, efficient, understanding, and customer-oriented with good time management skills, strong communication ability, and a desire to help promote environmental health and safety.

Duties Include:

• Inspect and identify solutions to pest problems

• Provide timely and effective solutions on a preset daily route

• Apply pesticides, baits, and other treatments safely and effectively.
• Educate customers on pest prevention techniques

• Computing basic math problems

• Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers, both internal and external

• Maintain accurate records of services complete through use of a SMART device
• Operate and maintain pest control equipment and company vehicles

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

• Conduct follow-up visits to ensure pest problems are resolved.
• Other duties as assigned

Ideal candidates will:

• Enjoy working outdoors

• Not having a fear of bugs, snakes, rodents, etc.

• Be able to withstand long periods of squatting, standing and walking

• Be able to carry a 40lb pack on their back

• Be willing and able to crawl through crawl spaces and attics

• Have excellent listening and communication skills

• Be competent with the use of new technology

• Be organized and able to manage their own daily route

Required:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid Florida driver's license with minimal moving violation points
• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
