GFS C2O Product Manager Automation and AI

Synopsis of the role

This position will be the C2O Automation including RPAs, Integrations and AI Global Product Manager; the primary function of this position will be to provide strategic & tactical leadership in creating and implementing a long term view for automation including Product Strategy, Processes & Data Governance across all the different Business Units and Countries in partnership with IT. This role will ensure proper alignment with business, and technology and collaborate with various projects, business units, and other internal teams including Finance, Sales, Onboarding and other in support of Sales Force (SFDC) and GFs (BRM) efforts.

What you'll do

• Engage with business unit/ country  team members and other subject matter experts to facilitate the compilation of business requirements as well as alignment from the strategic perspective

• Partner with Business SME resources across Finance, Sales Operations, Onboarding, and Reporting, as necessary to champion the enterprise transformation required to successfully implement the automation roadmap

• Ensure Automation is delivered and utilized across all Business Units and countries

• Advocate the need to balance the flexibility available via new technology/functionality with the requirement of global standardization and consistency – managing expectations accordingly.

• Serve as a liaison between the business and technology organizations

• Measure and quantify impact while leading organizational transformation 

What experience you need

• Qualified candidates should possess 10+ years’ experience across Product Management, transformational Projects, product development and execution.

• Ability and capacity to be a critical thinker and see the larger vision and goals of the organization, while understanding individual projects and work conducted within the various business units.

• Candidates should possess the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently; to function in a fast-paced, high growth environment with tight production deadlines.

• This position requires excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and experience communicating with all levels of an organization.
