En quoi consiste ce poste : Rejoignez JLL en tant que Gestionnaire des installations et dirigez la prestation de services exceptionnels sur nos sites clients. Dans ce rôle clé, vous gérerez des projets d'installations manufacturières et de distribution, superviserez des équipes d'entrepreneurs spécialisés, et piloterez l'amélioration continue de nos opérations. À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :
Collaborer étroitement avec le Gestionnaire senior des installations pour déployer la vision stratégique et assurer l'alignement opérationnel des sites avec les objectifs d'affaires clients
Superviser l'excellence opérationnelle des propriétés en optimisant la valeur patrimoniale des sites clients par une gestion rigoureuse des entrepreneurs et partenaires externes
Orchestrer la planification, l'exécution et la livraison de projets d'installations et d'infrastructure multi-échelles, respectant scrupuleusement les budgets et échéanciers convenus
Piloter la performance financière par une gestion proactive des budgets OpEx et CapEx, incluant l'analyse des écarts mensuels et la production de rapports détaillés
Conduire des audits de site systématiques afin de garantir la conformité aux standards de qualité supérieurs et superviser les programmes de maintenance préventive
Cultiver des partenariats stratégiques durables avec les clients en tant que point de contact privilégié, assurant un dépassement constant des attentes de service
Promouvoir l'innovation opérationnelle par l'implémentation d'initiatives d'amélioration continue, maximisant l'efficacité grâce aux méthodologies et technologies JLL de pointe
Qualifications requises :
Bilinguisme français-anglais
Minimum 5-8 ans d'expérience en gestion d'installations dans un environnement professionnel (de préférence dans les secteurs manufacturier et/ou de production)
Minimum 3-5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, spécifiquement dans l'environnement bâti (installations, infrastructure, construction, MEP, etc.)
Expérience démontrée dans la gestion d'opérations en environnements de travail dynamiques
Compétences supérieures en gestion de relations clients et communication avec capacité d'interaction professionnelle avec les parties prenantes
Solides compétences organisationnelles et de résolution de problèmes avec capacité de travailler de manière autonome
Familiarité et compréhension des divers systèmes et opérations de bâtiment (mécanique, électrique, plomberie)
Qualifications préférées :
Capacité à interpréter et analyser les spécifications techniques, plans architecturaux et schémas électriques unifilaires
Expertise en estimation budgétaire et analyse des coûts pour des projets d'installations, d'infrastructure et de construction
Connaissance approfondie des Accords de Niveau de Service (SLA) et maîtrise des Indicateurs Clés de Performance (KPI) dans un contexte de gestion d'installations et de projets
Expérience avérée dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de programmes d'investissement en capital (planification annuelle et pluriannuelle)
Formation minimale : Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) requis ; Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) ou Baccalauréat fortement souhaité

Facilities Manager – JLL
What this job involves: As a Facilities Manager within JLL's Work Dynamics/Integrated Facilities Management division, you will be a passionate and proactive leader responsible for delivering exceptional service at assigned client locations. This fast-paced role requires you to manage projects and activities related to manufacturing and distribution facilities, oversee third-party contractors, and drive continuous process improvement while ensuring the highest level of service. You will serve as the primary interface with client representatives, managing budgets (CapEx & OpEx), and exceeding expectations while protecting and enhancing the value of client properties through strategic facilities and project management.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Collaborate with Senior Facilities Manager to execute the overall vision and strategic direction for the sites aligned with client goals
Oversee operational aspects of properties to protect, maintain, and improve client site values while managing third-party contractors and vendors
Plan, manage and execute client approved facilities/infrastructure projects of various sizes, scopes, and budgets
Manage budgets (OpEx and CapEx) for sites, as well specific project budgets, including monthly variance reports and other required reporting
Conduct routine site inspections to ensure building services meet the highest quality standards and monitor preventive maintenance programs
Develop and maintain positive relationships with client while serving as primary client interface to ensure service delivery expectations are met
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by transforming operational practices to leverage JLL tools, processes, and best practices for efficient service delivery
Required Qualifications:
Bilingual with fluency in both French and English
Minimum 5-8 years of Facilities Management experience in a professional environment (preferably within manufacturing and/or production sectors)
Minimum 3-5 years of Project Management experience, specifically within the built environment (facilities, infrastructure, construction, MEP, etc.)
Demonstrated experience managing operations in fast-paced work environments (preferably within manufacturing and/or production sectors)
Superior client relationship management and communication skills with ability to interface professionally with stakeholders
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently without direct supervision
Familiarity and understanding of various building systems and operations (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to read and understand construction specifications, blueprints, and single line diagrams
Project costing/estimating for facilities/infrastructure/construction related scopes
Experience with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Facilities/Project Management
Experience developing capital improvement project plans (single/multi-year), and managing their execution
High school diploma required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
