What success looks like in this role:
We are looking for a skilled and engaging Training Instructor with strong German language capabilities to deliver high-quality training programs for both internal teams and external clients. In this role, you will support the adoption of new tools, technologies, and products while ensuring learners gain the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.
You will play a key role in shaping learning experiences by tailoring training delivery to different audiences, continuously improving training methods, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver established and advanced training programs to meet the evolving needs of internal and external clients
Take ownership of training efforts related to new tools, technologies, and products within scope
Deliver internal training sessions covering product knowledge, sales processes, desktop tools, technology systems, applications, client service, and enterprise initiatives
Provide constructive feedback to learners to support skill refinement and development
Support external clients with the installation, adaptation, and operation of products and applications
Customize and adapt training content to meet specific client needs and drive onboarding and adoption
Adjust training delivery in real-time based on participant engagement and learning needs
Continuously explore and implement new, more effective training techniques
Suggest and lead improvements to existing training programs
Actively seek and incorporate feedback to enhance delivery style, methods, and overall training effectiveness
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and 4–6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
ITIL certification with solid understanding of IT service management processes
Proven experience in delivering training in a corporate or client-facing environment
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Ability to explain complex technical or business concepts in a clear and structured way
Experience adapting training materials to different audiences and learning styles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
