About the Role:
3E’s Commercial team is seeking a German-speaking Mid-Market Account Manager to help grow and strengthen our presence across Europe—with a primary focus on customers in Germany.
This role is ideal for a strategic, customer-centric relationship builder who enjoys learning about client needs and turning those insights into action. You'll work closely with mid-sized organizations to support their compliance and sustainability goals, leveraging 3E’s industry-leading regulatory solutions.
You’ll be responsible for managing account health, driving product adoption, and ensuring high retention across your portfolio. You’ll also play a key role in uncovering growth opportunities within existing accounts and referring potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities to our Business Development team.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and brings a strong sense of ownership to everything they do. Your ability to analyze customer trends, understand business priorities, and engage confidently in both German and English will be essential to your success.
