Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery: Deliver all onboarding (new-hire) and upskilling training content to all team members.
  • Program & Content: Participate in the ongoing development of both technical and support skills.
  • Cultural Alignment: Provide cultural training for the teams prior to client-specific training, ensuring adherence to German market standards and etiquette.
  • Performance: Facilitate coaching and learning to promote structured training backgrounds and adaptability to complex platforms.
  • Compliance: Ensure prompt review and understanding of technical bulletins, knowledge alerts, and outage notifications.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency:
    • German: Must be German Bilingual with a B2, C1, or C2 fluency level, with high confidence in using the language in a work setting.
    • English: A minimum level of C1 English proficiency (based on CEFR standard) is required for all Trainers and supporting functions.
  • Experience:
    • Previous contact center or relevant customer service experience is required.
    • Demonstrated technical proficiency.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Strong cultural fit for the German market is evaluated based on exposure to German clients, workplace standards, language precision, and etiquette.
    • Excellent soft skills, including communication, a customer-first mindset, problem-solving, tone, and empathy.
