Lead a cross-functional Operations team, including: Production, Maintenance, Technology, and Continuous Improvement, to achieve world-class manufacturing standards. Drive a strong safety culture while delivering first-class quality can bodies at optimal cost, meeting production targets on time and in full, and developing team capabilities. Establish and standardize processes, ensure asset reliability and compliance, and build operational excellence across the site. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven problem solving and disciplined execution of Lean and TPM initiatives. Partner closely with Operations teams across the globe to share best practices, align on strategic initiatives, and leverage collective expertise. Promote knowledge exchange and standardization to ensure consistent performance and innovation throughout the global CANPACK network, strengthening our position as an industry leader.
