Manage and analyze complex sets of soil data;
Advise on site investigations for offshore windfarms;
Perform cable burial assessments for DEME’s own and 3rd parties’ trenchers;
Provide offshore support during cable burial operations;
Perform route engineering for cable installation projects or supervise 3rd parties for it;
Perform geotechnical analyses to support landfall and rock placement projects;
Collaborate with engineers from different disciplines as well as tender-, project- and operational teams.
Master’s degree in a Geo-engineering discipline (geotechnical engineering, engineering geology, civil engineering);
Base knowledge of GIS;
Strong analytical skills with a critical view towards the tasks to be carried out;
Be attentive to details and keep your own work organized;
Be able to navigate several challenges simultaneously on complex projects;
Be able to work independently while working closely with your team and internal stakeholders;
Curious towards the technical items, but also to the context of your work;
Fluent in verbal and written English.
