ACCIONA, in its Construction Business, is looking for a Geodetic Engineer for its Malolos to Clark Railway Project in Clark, Pampanga

• Participate actively in the development and improvement of the Survey
  Department.
• Ensure survey procedures and criteria are consistently followed across all site
  operations.
• Enforce the company's Health & Safety (H&S) policies among survey crews and
  promptly report any deviance to the Technical Survey Manager.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with production and quality
  departments to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Forecast survey workload and adjust crew allocation accordingly to meet
  project demands.
• Supervise and guide junior surveyors, contributing to their technical
  development and growth within the team.
• Take a proactive approach to upcoming layout needs or verification
  requirements.
• Immediately report any damaged control points, layout marks, or other
  operational issues to the Technical Survey Manager.
• Perform intermediate calculations or verifications from survey data as required.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance standards, including survey
  instrument calibration and verification.
• Prepare and organize survey data for daily field activities using tools like Excel,
  AutoCAD, or other relevant software.
• Temporarily assume the duties of the Technical Survey Manager or other Party
  Chiefs during their absence when instructed.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in civil construction, focusing on highways, bridges, and structural projects in a Geodetic Engineer/Surveyor capacity.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently, handle multiple complex tasks, and
  meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in the operation of surveying instruments, including GPS, levels, and total stations.
• Skilled in the use of Civil CAD and other surveying and data management
  software.
• Must be a licensed Geodetic Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering.
