We’re looking for a strategic and relationship-driven EMEA Shared Services Lead to serve as a consultative partner with our EMEA Marketing organization—supporting a new Full Service and Self Service model delivered end to end. This role functions similarly to an agency Account Manager / Project Manager—but with the added depth of being embedded in the business to proactively shape marketing outcomes, guide stakeholders to the right service path, and ensure work is executed with consistency and speed.

As an EMEA Shared Services Lead, you’ll translate business goals into clear marketing needs, then orchestrate seamless delivery through either:

(1) Full Service support where you will execute on behalf of stakeholders and act as their internal agency, or

(2) Self Service where stakeholders are enabled to execute using approved tools, templates, and guidance.

You will own the engagement from intake, creation, set up, activiation through delivery and measurement—building trusted relationships, setting expectations, and continuously improving the experience and performance of the service model.

What you will do:

Key Responsibilities (Full Service & Self Service):

  • Own end-to-end stakeholder engagement for EMEA—from initial request and discovery through set up creation, activation, delivery measurement, and follow-up

  • Lead strategic intake and triage conversations, clarifying objectives, tools, processes content, audience, success metrics, budget, and timing to determine the best path: Full Service execution or Self Service enablement

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable briefs and integrated plans, including scope, service tier, milestones, owners, and SLAs

  • For Full-Service work: manage the campaigns end to end creating registration pages, setting up webinars, creating email invitations working alongside the stakeholder and achieving a complete campaign on behalf of the stakeholder

  • For Self Service work: guide and educate stakeholders to the right tools, templates, and playbooks; provide light-touch consultation, guardrails, and quality checks as needed Set and manage expectations through proactive, transparent communication—aligning on priorities, timelines, approvals, and decision points across both service paths

  • Act as a strategic advisor—challenging unclear requests, proposing alternatives, and balancing stakeholder needs with service capacity, standards, and governance

  • Track demand, throughput, SLAs, outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction; surface insights and lead continuous improvement across the Full Service and self-service experience

What you need to bring:

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, account management, client services, or engagement roles within a large enterprise, shared services, or agency setting

  • A consultative mindset with the ability to advise, influence, and build trust with senior business leaders—helping them choose between Full Service delivery and Self Service enablement

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategy and campaign execution across digital, content, events, and creative channels, including the ability to define standards and guardrails for self-serve execution

  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent initiatives with varying levels of complexity, using intake, prioritization, and workflow practices to manage demand

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with comfort driving alignment across teams and navigating ambiguity

  • Experience with marketing and project/work management platforms (e.g., Workfront, Monday.com, Asana, Salesforce, Splash, Stensul, Marketo, Demand Centre, Centrepoint, Tableau) and using data to report on performance, SLAs, and outcomes

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with enterprise B2B technology marketing

  • Background working in or with in-house agencies or marketing centers of excellence

  • Experience in campaign planning, marketing operations, or marketing enablement
