Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Deal Coordinator to join our UKIMEA Cx & Operations team. This role acts as a strategic project manager for Geo/Business Unit (BU) deals, ensuring seamless execution across the end-to-end (E2E) operational lifecycle. The Deal Coordinator plays a critical role in aligning internal processes with customer expectations, removing roadblocks, and driving deal success from both a business and revenue perspective.

Main Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary operational point of contact for strategic Geo/BU deals, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions.

2. Manage the E2E operational process for deals, ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
3. Identify and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks or roadblocks that may impact deal progression or revenue recognition.
4. Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams to align deal execution with customer expectations and contractual obligations.
5. Track and report on deal milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the process.
6. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and contributing to the development of best practices.
7. Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing guidance on operational requirements and timelines.

Job Family Definition:

Provide professional solutions to the company end-users, dealers and service providers originating from unresolved escalated case issues received via telephone and written correspondence. Provide an escalation link for the company field employees, executives and channel regarding customer satisfaction issues including availability, price dissatisfaction, product safety issues, complaints with the company and/or its representatives, and complaints regarding an authorized dealer or channel.

Management Level Definition:

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in deal coordination, project management, or operations within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, contract management, and revenue processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Working knowledge of the field of Customer Relations.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of operating systems.
  • Demonstrated writing/correspondence skills. Experience and demonstrated presentation skills.

Other responsibilities:

  • Independently manage escalated customer issues, including complaints about product availability, pricing dissatisfaction, product safety, and service quality, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze complex and diverse customer scenarios to identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions, leveraging subject matter expertise and sound judgment.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for field employees, executives, and channel partners, providing professional guidance and ensuring alignment with company policies and practices.
  • Facilitate communication and decision-making among cross-functional teams, acting as a liaison between customers, field employees, and authorized dealers to resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Document case resolutions and provide actionable insights to leadership regarding recurring issues, customer trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • May lead small teams or project initiatives focused on improving escalation processes, customer satisfaction, or operational efficiency.
