  • Clinic name & address - 208 Viking Way Martinsburg, WV
  • Additional work locations - 156 Healthcare Lane Martinsburg, WV & 2000 Foundation Way Martinsburg, WV
  • Work schedule/days per week - Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM
  • No in person or after-hours phone call requirements
  • EMR - EPIC
  • Providers in clinic - 10 Fully practicing Psychologists, 4 Post Doctoral Psychologists & 3 Psychology Interns
  • Expected Patient volume - 6 patient hours per FTE / 54 patient hours bi/weekly
  • Expectation of patient age range - 18+
