The opportunity

Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission).
How you’ll make an impact
1. You will be responsible for service project execution (Contract deviation assessment, Reiwa input, Parts delivery, engineer dispatch, Cash collection and document management).
2. You will organize the project analysis and make corrective action accordingly.
3. You will assist Reiwa deployment.
4. You will involve in Inventory management and participate in department CIP project.
5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical.
2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in project management.
3. Good understanding on leadership, the skill of Innovation, communication, and influence others.
4. Strong sense of cost saving and quality control. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
5. Familiar with programming software VBA, VB, SQL and other languages, familiar with MySQL, Access database.
6. Good English communication and written skill.
