Polypipe Building Products works with national and local developers, plumbing and heating engineers, general builders and groundworkers to deliver above and below ground drainage systems, rainwater solutions as well as hot and cold plastic plumbing products.

Role Overview: The purpose of the role is to ensure a clean and tidy environment is prepared for the benefit of employees and their working environment within the required timeframes. Ensuring the correct levels of cleaning equipment and consumables are always available, whilst being fully compliant to all corporate and legislative standards and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out cleaning duties to the required standard
Ensure a clean and safe working environment
Ensure all waste products are separated into their designated containers for safe disposal
To have excellent time keeping skills and be able to meet production requirements
Comply with company and statutory Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental and other policies, and procedures
Assist in identifying areas of improvement within your area, promoting continuous improvement activities, to help eliminate waste and improve safety, engagement & efficiency
Skills & Requirements:
A positive work ethic and enthusiastic approach to activities undertaken
Works well as part of a team, and on their own initiative to achieve company goals
Good communication skills
Demonstrates the potential for problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, and is willing to engage in practical tasks and projects to further develop their skills
