What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire the hub management team across Commercial, Community, B&M, Special Areas and Kitchen
- Build a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture where teams feel supported and excited to grow
- Stay visible on the floor, setting the tone and creating an atmosphere guests love
- Coach managers through 121s, development plans and day-to-day support
- Drive talent development and build a healthy pipeline of future leaders
- Recruit, train and onboard team members who bring the TSH spirit to life
- Build strong partnerships with Performance, Finance, HR, Learning, Asset Management and others
- Maintain a strong presence in the local community, universities and key networks
- Keep our online reputation sharp and respond to guest feedback with care
- Steer the commercial strategy and explore new revenue opportunities across all outlets
- Oversee the P&L, budgets, forecasting and CapEx, keeping a sharp eye on efficiency
- Uphold brand and service standards and follow through on improvement plans
- Lead multiple F&B outlets with a destination mindset
- Drive operational excellence across the entire hub experience
- Keep the hub safe, compliant and well maintained at all times
What You’ll Have
- You have 10+ years of hospitality experience, with at least 5 years in senior hotel leadership
- You bring a strong background in F&B and have led destination concepts
- You have experience running large, complex operations with multiple outlets
- You bring a coaching mindset and communicate with openness and energy
- You’re commercially sharp, comfortable with P&Ls and excited about new business ideas
- You think ahead, see patterns early and spot opportunities others miss
- You’re calm, structured and organized even on the busiest days
- You care deeply about quality, details and creating memorable guest moments
- You’re a problem solver who listens first and acts thoughtfully
- You speak fluent English and Spanish.
