Key criteria for the role:
The role is responsible for leading and managing a single plant including all aspects of production, quality, safety, engineering, finance, human resources and materials related activities in the unit. The role focuses on achieving the unit targets, delivery schedules, quality & competitive output, cost and productivity breakthrough, compliance to excise, EHS and other parameters and guidelines laid down by the organization. The role is also responsible for adhering to statutory and compliance requirements and obtaining necessary approvals for the unit.
What are the “Must Haves” for this position?
• Experience in an FMCG or engineering industry with focus on packing / bottling operations
• Experience in leading large teams to deliver breakthrough performance
Additional Capabilities
· Innovation orientation
· Influencing and storytelling ability
· Strong people leadership skills
· Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint
· MBA preferred for future head-office trajectory
· Open to candidates from non-alcohol FMCG/manufacturing backgrounds (e.g., L'Oréal, Marico)
· Engineering background preferred; institution pedigree not a priority
