Job Summary

As the Assistant General Manager, I serve as the direct support and acting successor to the General Manager, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth business continuity. My role integrates core General Manager responsibilities with Sales Management functions, including agent performance oversight, payroll processing, vendor coordination, CPA deal management, call flow optimization, and interdepartmental organization. I also manage and align mostly all internal departments with PCH Additionally, I actively train multiple downlines and provide ongoing operational leadership to support overall company success.

Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily company operations and act as primary support for the General Manager
  • Manage payroll for all departments and ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding CPA deals, lead flow, and campaign performance
  • Handle agent questions, and provide one-on-one coaching
  • Approve agent RTS requests, ensuring compliance with state and carrier regulations
  • Maintain call flow structure and ensure proper campaign distribution and pacing
  • Lead, train, and develop multiple downlines, focusing on growth and performance improvement
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to meet company-wide sales and performance goals
  • Support strategic initiatives and process improvements across departments

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities across multiple teams
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to operational detail
  • Proficient in sales strategy, pacing management, and lead conversion optimization
  • Skilled in payroll coordination, data reporting, and vendor relationship management
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance industry practices, including state and carrier compliance
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities under pressure
  • Ability to analyze performance data and implement effective improvement plans
