GENERAL OVERVIEW

Monitors and maintains hospital areas to enhance patient care.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs maintenance in all hospital areas. 20%
• Moves furniture, file cabinets and other equipment. 20%
• Performs minor repairs of all utilities throughout the campus. 20%
• Structural repairs of hospital areas. 20%
• Orients and trains trade employees. Assigns and schedules jobs to be performed in coordination with supervision. (20%)

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

• 3 years hospital experience or equivalent.

Preferred

• Trade School Diploma preferred
• Kitchen equipment repair preferred.
