About Us - Maintenance
Offers variety of work ranging from carpentry, painting, finishing and minor plumbing and electric.
Schedule – Full time, 40 hours per week
What You'll Do
Performs general maintenance duties to assigned facility of facilities at an expert level. Maintains and repairs all equipment and building systems. When unable to make necessary repairs, ensures that the work is referred to other qualified individuals or management. Works independently.
Requirements
- Clean driving record.
- Current driver's license.
- Vo Tech certificate or equivalent work experience in building equipment/systems maintenance or related field.
Preferred Requirements
Current back flow preventer certification.
