Program Summary

KBR provides Performance Based Logistics (PBL) support to Parker Aerospace, delivering critical sustainment capabilities for the U.S. Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Army.

Our teams support aerospace logistics through material management, repair cycle coordination, distribution planning, inventory control, asset tracking, and supply chain optimization. Job Summary

Under general direction from the Manager, this position is responsible for the administrative and operational supervision of the Parker Hill Air Force Base project. The role includes supervising warehouse operations, overseeing inventory accuracy, ensuring timely delivery of assets, and maintaining compliance with program objectives. The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager on site, execute daily task and responsibilities and work closely with cross functional supervisor and team.  Responsible to drive productivity and administrative goals, and create a safe, professional work environment while meeting customer needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise productivity and administrative objectives to meet program deliverables.

  • Create and maintain a safe, professional work environment.

  • Demonstrate ethical leadership standards, including confidentiality and respect for diversity.

  • Drive continuous process improvement for operational efficiency.

  • Establish and maintain cycle counting processes to ensure inventory accuracy above 97%.

  • Oversee asset handling:

  • Receive, unpack, and inspect assets for damage.

  • Validate paperwork and asset details; scan and retain documentation for five years.

  • Induct assets into Parker systems (ROL, MSS) and CAV system.

  • Prepare reports, maintain metrics, and present performance results to leadership and customers.

  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures for a Zero Harm environment.

  • Prioritize multiple tasks to meet program objectives; availability for overtime and occasional Saturdays required.

  • Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs.

Manage inventory:

  • Receive and validate parts from Parker OEM divisions.

  • Ensure FIFO inventory practices and conduct monthly/annual cycle counts.

  • Kit parts based on customer requirements.

Coordinate delivery and pickup:

  • Respond to asset/material requests and deliver within four duty hours.

  • Ensure proper documentation for custodial transfers and completed assets.

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and command skills.

  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to manage change and implement process improvements.

  • Must be available for overtime and occasional weekend work when needed

  • Must be eligible for Military Base Access

  • Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in government services or defense-related logistics operations.

  • Familiarity with Parker systems (ROL, MSS) and U.S. Government documentation (DD1149, DD1574, DD1348, AFTO 350).

  • Knowledge of inventory management best practices and cycle counting processes.

  • Proven ability to lead large teams and meet strict delivery timelines.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills for performance metrics and process improvement.
