Job Description:

The Assistant Manager for General Compliance and Admin Support provides comprehensive administrative and compliance support to the Chief of Compliance Officer and the Compliance Department. This role ensures regulatory adherence, maintains compliance documentation, coordinates departmental operations, and supports the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative operations for the Compliance Department
  • Maintain and organize compliance documentation, records, and filing systems
  • Support the preparation of compliance reports, policies, and regulatory submissions
  • Liaise with internal departments and external regulatory bodies on compliance matters
  • Monitor regulatory updates and communicate relevant changes to stakeholders
  • Assist in scheduling compliance audits, reviews, and training sessions
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up documentation
  • Support the development and implementation of compliance procedures and controls
  • Track compliance deadlines and ensure timely submissions to regulatory authorities
  • Maintain compliance databases and management systems
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and special assignments as directed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in compliance, administration, or related roles
  • Proven experience supporting senior management in compliance functions
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and regulatory framework
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
