Position Details

1. General affairs

- Meeting management (schedule coordination, content review, preparation of some materials, etc.)

- Imprinting and contract management

- Mail handling

- Seating management

2. Accounting

- ROS Operations

- Anti social check

- Credit check

- Client and supplier registration

- Monthly closing correspondence (content depends on business)

- Flash check

- BPC Operations

3. Contract management, including execution and sealing

4. Management of key meetings and committees

5. Budget management

6. Other support duties for startup ventures

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Be able to respond flexibly to changes

- Good communication skills and the ability to work as an organization (You will coordinate with various departments within the company)

Desired Qualifications:

- Accounting knowledge of about 2nd grade in bookkeeping

TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country)
