Position Summary
We're looking for passionate and adaptable General Affairs to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a strong experience in understanding of Manage General Affair’s functions from strategic planning to implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain Office Facility Management, Oversee building maintenance, security, and cleanliness. Manage office supply inventory. Oversee visitor management, security guard operations, and access card control.
- Responsible for Office equipment and utility maintenance such as: server room, access door, speed gate, CCTV, etc.
- Monitor and record company assets, sample devices, and media storage usage to support operations.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements (VISA, KITAS, etc.) and operational vehicle usage.
- Implement and monitor workplace safety standards (EHS). Ensure availability and proper use of office supplies and equipment.
- Responsible to manage GA budget and Expense to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Handle contracts and relationships with vendors for office needs and services.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or industrial engineering.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Can speak Korean fluently will be advantage
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs in International company (Especially Korean company)
- Familiarity with general affairs activities and related issues.
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Active, firm, and possessing strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, task orientation, and a strong personality.
- Demonstrated accountability in problem-solving.
- Work with the IT team for office equipment operations (employee laptops, monitors, media storage, IT supplies).
- Coordinate with Finance (Insurance, budgeting, invoicing, asset registration), Legal (GA contracts), and HR (Event arrangements). Able to operate company portal related.
- Liaise with other Samsung subsidiaries for GA, EHS, Logistics (export/import), and Asset matters.
- Manage procurement processes for project-based (non-GA) projects.
- Participate in workspace projects such as renovation, relocation, or expansion.
- Address ad-hoc requests from management as needed.
- This position will be hired under a third-party contract (12 months).
