About the Role: 

As a Gemini Network Partner, you will influence how our network is designed, optimized, and delivered. Your work will directly impact service reliability, commercial competitiveness, and our strategic transformation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, refine and execute strategic initiatives.
• Influence network design, service offerings, and operational efficiency.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive innovation across the Gemini network.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with industry partners and a wide range of internal stakeholders
• Advocate for sustainable practices and decarbonization efforts.

Performance Optimization:

• Monitor network performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend changes that enhance reliability, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

To succeed in the role, we believe that you can offer:

• Experience in ocean network functions, supported by knowledge of line/trade management, operations, or commercial functions.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive change across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
• Proven ability to drive standardization, process excellence, and structure in network development and execution.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where complex challenges require analytical thinking and decisive action
• Curiosity and drive to improve network design, processes and ways of working
• The ability to communicate effectively and negotiate outcomes with internal and external stakeholders
