Your day at Ferring- Tasks where you are accountable
As our GCP/GMP Compliance QA manager you will oversee end-to-end compliance with GCP and GMP across clinical development and manufacturing operations. This role leads quality governance, inspection readiness, and continuous improvement activities, partnering with cross-functional teams to uphold regulatory standards and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS).
In this position you will lead GCP/GMP compliance activities, including Quality Review Board and Quality Management System oversight.
Besides your tasks will be
Ensure inspection readiness and host health authority inspections
Drive CAPA management, gap analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate global QA training and maintain quality systems (TrackWise/QMS).
Author SOPs and support QMS harmonization across sites.
Manage QA projects, monitor Quality KPIs, and conduct risk assessments.
Provide global QA guidance and build strong cross-functional partnerships.

The skills you need to have:
Solid GCP experience and GMP knowledge from either a Hospital Pharmacy or from the pharmaceutical industry.
An education background as cand. Pharm or cand. Scient.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions and regions.
