Job Description:
We are looking for a Technology Enablement Lead to act as the strategic bridge between our business stakeholders and our technical delivery teams. In this role, you will ensure that our digital and automation initiatives are technically aligned, unblocked, and moving forward with clarity and confidence. You won’t design the technical solutions yourself—but you will make sure the right experts make the right decisions at the right time.
You will partner closely with Dev Teams to translate business needs into actionable technical direction. You will also ensure compliance with technical guardrails, keep momentum by resolving cross-team blockers, and communicate technical impacts in simple, business-oriented language.
How you will make your mark:
Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams—ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.
Drive timely technical decision-making, approvals, and clarifications across multiple initiatives.
Coordinate feasibility discussions, technical requirements, SLAs, and release impacts with dev & architecture groups.
Ensure technical guardrails (security, privacy, data, AI) are understood and applied.
Translate technical updates, constraints, and solution impacts into clear, simple communication for non‑technical stakeholders.
Protect delivery timelines by identifying, escalating, and removing technical blockers quickly.
Promote reuse, standardization, and alignment with architectural direction and platform strategies.
About you:
You are a strong communicator and systems thinker who excels at making complex technical topics understandable. You thrive in environments where coordination, clarity, and influence matter more than authority.
You enjoy enabling others—you don’t need to “own” the technical design, but you do take pride in ensuring that the right technical decisions happen, that they are well understood, and that delivery can continue without friction.
You’re energized by roles that sit at the intersection of business outcomes and technical feasibility, and you naturally translate between the two.
Demonstrated experience working in cross‑functional roles that bridge business and technology (e.g., technical program management, solution coordination, delivery orchestration, architect liaison, product operations).
Familiarity with modern enterprise technology environments (cloud, integrations, APIs, data flows).
Strong ability to understand and articulate technical concepts in simple, business‑friendly language, verbally and written.
Experience coordinating across engineering, architecture, security, privacy, and compliance functions.
Proven track record of driving clarity, decisions, and progress across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe, ITIL, or cloud fundamentals) and/or an educational background in software development or information systems are considered a strong advantage
Understanding of the current Global Client Management Service Offerings, Roles, Processes and Technology-layer, is an advantage
